Events Marketing Manager 

At Bitcoin Magazine, we aim to lead the industry in publishing Bitcoin information, cultural topics, and relevant news. Reaching our audience through unique product offerings and creating informative, engaging digital content is an essential part of our growth strategy. Bitcoin Magazine is currently looking for an experienced full-time, Events Marketing Manager. 

As an Events Marketing Manager on the Events team you will work closely with our internal employee’s and external vendors to communicate, promote and educate the public regarding details related to  both in-person and virtual events. In this role you will own the event marketing process including identification, timeline creation, budget management, and success measurement. Additionally, this role will be directly responsible for supporting ticket sales to upcoming events. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage pre- and post- event communications
• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns (Digital & Print)
• Establish a measurement framework & communicate results to key stakeholders
• Identify & coordinate industry conference sponsorship
• Collaborate closely with partners in business development, community, relationship management, insights, marketing and communications.
• Manage the annual event marketing calendar.
• Evaluate and recommend prospective event sponsorship opportunities.
• Expect to travel 1 week per quarter 

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of experience marketing experience 
• A passion for Bitcoin
• Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including event planning & reporting
• Must have strong time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills
• Experience handling contract negotiation & invoicing for events
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to to influence
